What data we collect
We only collect the data we need to handle your enquiry:
- Technical survey form: name, role, company, plant location, email, phone, any detail you write and the survey answers (project type, sector, problem and regulation).
- Emails you send to our inboxes, including messages to the speak-up channel.
- Browsing data collected by Google Analytics: pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location and cookie identifiers. We do not use it to identify you personally.
We do not request sensitive data. Please do not include it in the form or in your messages.
How we use it
- To answer your enquiry, prepare technical and commercial proposals and schedule visits.
- To manage our business relationship with customers and suppliers.
- To receive, assess and follow up on speak-up channel reports.
- To understand, in aggregate, how the website is used so we can improve it.
We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for advertising. By sending the form or writing to us, you consent to this processing.
Who we share it with
- Service providers (website hosting, email, Google Analytics), bound by confidentiality.
- The manufacturers we represent (PILZ, OBO BETTERMANN, CABUR, IDEM SAFETY and GMI), only when needed to quote, provide technical support or handle a warranty.
- Authorities, when required by law or court order.
Some of these providers, such as Google, may store information on servers outside Argentina. In those cases we seek adequate levels of protection, as required by article 12 of Law No. 25,326.
How long we keep it
We keep data for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for and for the periods required by accounting, tax and legal rules. After that we delete or anonymise it.
Security
We apply technical and organisational measures to protect data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration: encrypted connections (HTTPS), access restricted to staff who need it and providers with recognised security standards.
Speak-up channel
Reports sent to denuncias@fachmann.com.ar are handled confidentially. Only the people appointed to assess them have access, and the data is used solely to analyse and follow up on the situation reported. We do not tolerate retaliation against anyone who raises a concern in good faith.
Your rights
Usted puede acceder a sus datos, pedir que se rectifiquen, actualicen o supriman, y retirar su consentimiento en cualquier momento. Escríbanos a info@fachmann.com.ar con el asunto “Datos personales”, indicando su nombre y un medio para verificar su identidad.
We answer access requests within 10 calendar days and correction, update or deletion requests within 5 business days, as set by articles 14 and 16 of Law No. 25,326.
The data subject has the right to access their personal data free of charge at intervals of no less than six months, unless a legitimate interest is shown, as set forth in article 14, section 3 of Law No. 25,326. The AGENCY FOR ACCESS TO PUBLIC INFORMATION (AAIP), as the Control Body of Law No. 25,326, is empowered to handle complaints and claims filed by those whose rights are affected by non-compliance with personal data protection regulations.
Minors
This website is aimed at companies and professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from people under 18.
