Infrastructure that organizes, supports
and protects every cable in the plant.

We solve the complete cable route: how it is carried, how it is fixed, how it is earthed and how a fire is prevented from spreading through it. Systems tested together, with fire protection up to EI 240 in penetration seals and circuit integrity maintenance for up to 90 minutes.

Why it matters

Electrical infrastructure
defines the service life of the installation.

An overfilled tray raises cable temperature, reduces current-carrying capacity and prevents any expansion without redoing the run. A support with the wrong finish for its environment corrodes within a few years. An unsealed cable penetration between two compartments turns the wiring into the path along which fire and smoke spread, and an unprotected emergency circuit stops working exactly when it is needed. Deficient earthing compromises electrical safety and the operation of the whole installation. These are decisions made at the start of the project that, once built, are costly or impossible to correct.

How we approach it

We start from the real conditions of the installation.

Cable management

Sheet-steel trays, wire mesh trays and cable ladders carry and organize wiring in industry and buildings. Selection depends on cable load, support spacing and environment: finishes range from electro-galvanized for dry interiors to stainless steel for corrosive or washdown environments. Wire mesh trays improve cable ventilation and simplify branches and expansions.

Underfloor and workstation systems

In technical offices, control rooms and data centers, power and data must reach each workstation without exposed cables. Screed-embedded ducts, flush ducts, floor boxes and raised-floor systems distribute services and allow workstations to be relocated without civil works.

Connection and fastening

Fastening is the mechanical base on which the rest of the system rests. In installations subject to vibration, such as wind turbine towers or rotating equipment, metal fixings and anti-vibration clamps prevent the cable from being damaged by friction or displacement. Junction boxes and terminal systems complete the connection points of the run.

Installation earthing

Earthing is built with the foundation and must last as long as the building. High-alloy stainless steel conductors do not form a galvanic couple with reinforced concrete and do not corrode when buried; rebar clamps secure the connection to the foundation steel, and anti-corrosion tapes protect the joints. Components are selected per IEC 62561-2.

Passive fire protection

Every cable penetration through a wall or slab is an opening in the building's compartmentation. Fire-stop mortars, boards, foams and collars restore the fire resistance of the penetrated element; removable pillows allow cables to be added without redoing the seal. For circuits that must keep operating during a fire, such as smoke extraction or emergency lighting, circuit integrity ducts are used.
