Reliable connection and power
in every panel in the plant.

We solve what happens inside the panel: the connection of every conductor, the 24 Vdc supply, signal conditioning, protection of each circuit and identification of all the wiring. A single technical reference so the panel runs, is maintained and is expanded without surprises.

Why it matters

Many field faults
start in the panel.

A terminal that loosens under vibration creates an intermittent contact that raises the temperature and takes hours of troubleshooting before it is found. A power supply without headroom drops when a load starts and reboots the PLC mid-cycle. An analog signal without isolation arrives with noise, and the process is controlled on a wrong value. Unidentified wiring multiplies the time of every intervention. None of these problems shows at commissioning: they appear months later as unplanned stops and, in the worst cases, as an incipient fire in the panel.

How we approach it

We design the panel as a system, not as a sum of components.

01 /

Connection

Technology chosen by vibration, conductor cross-section and wiring time.

02 /

Power and signal

Power with margin and backup, isolated signals, protection per circuit.

03 /

Marking

Every conductor identified per IEC 60204-1, with the right technology from our partners.

Connection and terminal blocks

Connections are the most numerous point in the panel and therefore the most exposed to faults. Screw terminals remain the standard for large cross-sections and solid conductors; spring terminals keep contact pressure under vibration without retightening; push-in technology cuts wiring time significantly and allows tool-free connection. The choice depends on vibration, conductor type and wiring volume. ATEX and IECEx certified terminals are available for hazardous areas.

Identification and marking

A panel without proper identification lengthens every maintenance task and increases the risk of error during interventions. Marking of terminals, conductors, devices and panel fronts must stay legible for the whole service life of the installation, even when exposed to heat, solvents, UV radiation or salt environments. Printing it in-house shortens build times and makes modifications easier.

Power and continuity

Most automation depends on a stable 24 Vdc supply. A power supply must deliver the peak current that load start-up demands, signal when its output drops and allow redundancy so that the failure of one unit does not stop the line. During outages or micro-interruptions, a DC uninterruptible power supply keeps the control running without an external UPS. Selection depends on power, the available mains and the required backup time.

Signal conditioning

Analog temperature, pressure or level signals that run across the plant reach the controller with noise and potential differences between earths. Galvanic isolators and converters remove those ground loops, adapt the signal to the format the controller requires and protect its inputs. Relay modules complete the interface between the control system and field actuators.

Industrial networks

Integrating field devices with the control system requires reliable communication inside the panel. Modbus converters bring analog signals onto the network without point-to-point wiring, and DIN-rail Ethernet switches connect controllers, HMIs and drives in the same cabinet.

Panel protection

A single breaker for all 24 Vdc circuits means that one faulty sensor stops the whole panel. Electronic protection per circuit limits the trip to the affected branch and reports which one it was. EMI filters and surge protective devices complete the protection against mains disturbances.
