Belt alignment
01

Belt alignment

Detect when the belt runs off track and warn before it rubs the structure, gets damaged or spills material.

  • Python Line: roller that touches the belt edge only if it drifts. Two contact blocks, one for warning and one for stop, with adjustable trip angle. Rollers of 35 x 120, 50 x 170 and 35 x 230 mm; cast or 316 stainless housing.
  • Miniature version for light conveyors, cast or stainless.
EN 620 · IEC 60947-5-1 · warning + stop
Rope pull
02

Rope pull

Emergency stop at any point along the conveyor, where a guard or a mushroom button every few metres is not possible.

  • Guardian Line: up to 50 m (GLM), 80 to 100 m (GLS) or 250 m (GLH, dual-head) with a single switch. Over 2 km of belt with fewer than 20 units.
  • Patented tensioner installed by one person that avoids frequent re-tensioning; rope break monitoring and two-colour LED visible from a distance.
  • Versions in IP69K stainless, for -40 °C, with OSSD outputs (Z-Range) and with auto reset.
ISO 13850 · IEC 60947-5-5 · up to PLe
Safety limit switches
03

Safety limit switches

Detect the position of guards, carriages, tables and lifts with positive-opening contacts.

  • HLM: cast body for heavy duty.
  • HLM-SS: 316 stainless, suitable for high-temperature washdown with detergent.
  • LSPS: IP67 plastic body, with 11 actuator heads.

Explosive atmospheres

  • RFID with OSSD outputs: individual coding per sensor, PLe without a safety relay per sensor and up to 30 in series.
  • Hygiecode: magnetic coding, designed to EHEDG guidelines, for the splash zone and direct food contact. 316 stainless, IP69K.
  • Two-hand control: requires both hands away from the point of operation.
  • 3-position enabling switches: for working inside the guard in service mode.
ISO 13851 · IEC 60947-5-8
Networked solutions
05

Networked solutions

Bring doors, stops and safety signals onto the plant network without point-to-point wiring.

  • Door solutions and I/O stations with PROFINET/PROFIsafe or EtherNet/IP with CIP Safety.

Safety monitoring relays

Solo versiones antideflagrantes.

  • Relays that bring any IDEM SAFETY switch to PLe, Cat. 4, with LED diagnostics.

ISO/TS 19837
